Maddie Meadows

LPC, LCMHC

Sometimes life changes faster than we feel prepared for.

Relationships shift. Friendships change. Careers take unexpected turns. Grief shows up when we least expect it. The things that once felt certain suddenly feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate.

During those seasons, it's easy to feel stuck between who you've been and who you're trying to become.

I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, sort through the noise, and better understand what's happening beneath the surface. You don't have to have everything figured out before you start. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are while we work together toward meaningful growth and change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I value creating a relationship where you feel genuinely supported, while also helping you recognize patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and move toward the life and relationships you want for yourself. Therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation, and I believe some of the best work happens when clients feel both safe and empowered to be honest.

I frequently work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, family dynamics, attachment-related concerns, and the uncertainties that often come with adulthood. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and somatic awareness to help clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and responses to stress.

I have a particular interest in helping clients explore attachment styles, communication patterns, self-understanding, and the ways past experiences continue to shape present relationships. Together, we can build greater awareness, emotional flexibility, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.

Clients often describe me as approachable, relatable, and easy to talk to. I value authenticity, collaboration, and feedback, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership rather than a one-sided process.
