He also provides supervision for early-career therapists, offering a collaborative space for growth, reflection, and professional development.

Justin is based in Wilmington, North Carolina and provides therapy to clients in both Virginia and North Carolina. He is approved to supervise Virginia therapists-in-training (students and residents) working towards licensure (North Carolina supervision pending).

She works with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, integrating evidence-based practices with a warm, relational style.

Maddie’s goal is to offer a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop skills for meaningful, lasting change. She believes in meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be—aligned with their values, goals, and inner strengths.

Maddie is based in Virginia and provides virtual therapy to clients in both Virginia and North Carolina. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Resident in Counseling in Virginia.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Marteshia blends warmth and structure to help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Clients often describe her as genuine, calm, and encouraging, appreciating her ability to make difficult conversations feel safe, purposeful, and empowering.

Torie is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, and walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. Torie primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches to help people find strength, purpose, and resilience.

While her own background is Christian, she respectfully integrates faith into counseling only if a client requests it. Torie’s goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where adolescents, adults, and older adults can explore their experiences, accept what life brings, and take meaningful steps toward change rooted in their values. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, OCD, or major life transitions, she is here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Tuyen supports teens and young adults navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, and mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. As an Asian American therapist, she brings personal insight into the experience of living between cultures and offers a space where clients feel seen and understood.

With over 8 years of experience, Tuyen tailors her approach to fit each client’s background and communication style, creating room for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Tuyen is based in Hampton, Virginia and provides virtual therapy to clients across the state.
